Gtk Radiant For Mac

GtkRadiant runs on Windows, Mac and Linux platforms. It supports a number of gamespowered by id Tech engines, supporting both commercial developers and individual modders.

No I won't be happier. If your not going to post anything that helps, please don't post.My situation is thus:1.

Mom and dad are divorced, Mom has Mac, dad has PC and also the game and the modding tools. (like Radiant and soon Gmax I'll use there too)2. GtkRadiant for mac doesn't work for me because it requires the game and won't save, so all my mapping is done at dads. ( why it takes me so long to do things). But I am hoping that because GMAX is not designed for games in specifics, but general modeling, that I could model at my moms and learn the program and then follow through with texturing my models at my dads.I like PC's only because they are universal and more people use them. But Mac outruns them by far because its not built with simple flaws. (no such thing as blue screen) and also is a much more polite and understandable system. If anyone has link or knowledge of anyone working on a system transfer I would be very greatful, but please do not attack me for using Mac as this is not what the topic is about.(to Bluestormtrooper: it is very unreasonable to expect someone to go out an buy a new computer just for the fact that it doesn't run Gmax (or so you say).

Surely you can see that.). Blender: maybe u just wanna try out following links:These are tutorials (and download) for Blender MD3 im-/export plugin.

Twin peaks season 1 kickass. As they are scripted in a language used by Blender itself (Python) it may also work on other platforms (screenies in first tut look like Linux?!).I didn't try this myself so far so I cannot tell what works or not. When time comes I will.:DGtkRadiant: also a Mac version available, 1.4 & 1.5, both work really nice for me (X11 emulation environment is needed and can be found on the installation discs coming with the computer, if not its free downloadable at apple.com).Hope it helps (and works).:)(My next Mac will be intel - have no choice - so I will also be able to install Windows on it and run Gmax - only for this!!! But as long a DualG5 blows all non-pro models.).
